I've made a client-side web app that displays these old DOS text screens after closing DOOM or Quake.
You can open or drag and drop any WAD or PAK file, then if there is the relevant lump/entry detected it will be displayed.
Also accept any file of 4000 bytes, and has support for blinking texts.
